- Once your order has been placed and dispatched from our store, please allow 48 hours for scans to show on the relevant carrier’s website.

Amendments or Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you need to update any relevant delivery information, please initiate conversation with the courier company. This is the fastest and most efficient way to change any information needed to complete the order.
If your package is damaged on delivery, please send an email with an attached photo to email@example.com for our team to investigate. Please allow up to 5 days for investigation.
