Q - What payment methods do you accept?
A - We accept all major cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express as well as PayPal.
Q - Do you provide international shipping?
A - Yes we certainly do! Currently, we are shipping internationally to over 150 countries. To ensure we can provide accurate service delivery, we do advise that you include your phone number in the order details section when placing an order. This allows us to contact you directly if any unexpected issues were to arise when delivering your package.
Please note that we provide free insured shipment for domestic and international orders.
Q - How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
A - We aim to provide fast and efficient shipping both in Australia and overseas. Estimated shipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks. We primarily work with ePacket shipping suppliers for international orders as well as Australia Post for Australian orders. Both methods of shipping are 100% insured.
Q - I have placed an order online but can't seem to find my tracking information. Where can I find this?
A - Once your order is placed, processing can take up to 48 hours. Once the processing of the item is finalised, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary tracking information.
